Abstarct: By observing different beaches in order to reduce the damages, complete measures are needed so that, while maintaining the coastal areas, it is possible to provide the conditions for logical and principled usage of these areas. Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) plans are for sustainable planning of coastal resources, organizing and coordinating human activities in these areas. The coast line is a place which is water and land meet each other. The influence of environmental factors such as wind, waves and currents causes continuous changes of the coastline. One of the hydrodynamic parameters affecting the coastal strip is changes in the water level. Sediment transport phenomenon is another process that occurs in the areas near the coasts and baxsed on increasing the water level. Waves in different aspects carry sediments and change the shape of the coastline. In this study, by using data and numerical models in Makran beaches, it has been predicted the changes of the beach with a return period of 50 years. The strategy for determining the setback line is calculated baxsed on hydrodynamic factors and sediment transport and using analytical and experimental formulas, which definitely has errors, but it has been tried by analyzing data and getting ideas from past works, as well as valid standards and guidelines, to make a proper estimate of Values should be provided. In the following, baxsed on the calculations, the increase in the height of the coastal flood and the erosion of the coastline in the next 50 years have been predicted. In the end, baxsed on the results of the calculations, it is suggested to take the necessary technical and engineering solutions as much as possible regarding the preservation of coastal lands and resources on the coasts and to prevent the possibility of danger and financial damage to human resources.
